Established in 1953 with just a small group of people, Cheney Baptist Church has grown to over 200 in the Sunday morning service. We are very family-oriented, with a balanced group of children, teens, and adults.  

 

In 2001 we relocated to our current facilities, building the first phase of a two phase project enabling us to meet the needs of people (in Cheney and the thirteen other communities we serve) better.

 

The mission of our church is to honor and obey our Lord by making disciples of all nations.  (Matthew 28:19-20) For us, this is not an option; it is the purpose for our existence, and the reasoning for what we do.
